Our Country Cries Out (254 hits)

Our country is crying out for change. The Universe is crying out for us to grow. The paradigm is shifting and the call is to get on board. All the major problems of our times, energy, financial, healthcare, and the wars, to name a few, are a request from the Universe for us to wake-up! The immature nature of America must evolve into the greatness for which we were created. Collectively we have acted like 3rd generation children of the wealthy. We have been removed from what it took to get us where we are. We have been letting the good times roll. We have an excellent opportunity to grow-up! We must live up to our historic foundations, The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution.

We have been so blessed that we took it all for granted. We have walked around with a swagger because of the legacy left by those before us with, for many, little concern for the legacy that we were leaving. We have proudly been calling ourselves consumers, like we don’t know what consume means. As crazy as this may all look, we can all be inspired by what’s going on. There is so much opportunity available. We have a tremendous opportunity to grow.

Inherent in all the problems is the seed of equivalent value. We can remove our thinking caps, roll-up our sleeves, and open our mind for a change. There is no problem that doesn’t have a solution, we just haven’t come up to it yet. And I do mean, come up to and not come up with, because we have to rise in consciousness to solve these problems. The thinking that got us here is not the thinking that will lift us above them. I love this group and groups like this because they include people who are ready for change.

A huge part of solving our financial problems in this country is how we handle our energy and oil deficit. I see new jobs, new technology, and more efficient ways of moving goods, people, and manufacturing products coming from this crisis, and let’s not forget the benefits to our planet. We need to think outside of the box. These turbulent times call for new, bold, and creative solutions. Do we need the government to bail us out? Absolutely, but we all need to do our part, and we are quite capable of it. After all, we are Americans.

I think that the government needs to step in to help solve the crisises that we are facing, but I think we (the people) need to do our part to avoid ending up in a situation like this all over again.
