and you told that joke
that made me laugh?

across a thousand miles
for you to put in your spirit..
as you open your door
and begin to take steps
know that i am there within every breath
that you breathe..
i’m aware that some of my words
will get lost in the sea
but i’m hoping that the frequency
will be strong enough
so that you can close your eyes
and reach out and touch
my aura..

feel me
as the waves and the current of the ocean
carry the motion
of my love to you..
and know that all that you hear
is sincere
even if the sound is weak
