I myself have done some research on Black folklore and culture and found it very interesting. You know once you start searching out your own culture that you're going to take a peek at other peoples folklore and culture to make comparisons. I think I've discovered why Zora Neale Hurston's books were unappreciated at first, because she was revealing information that your enemies don't want you to know(lol)
