It's so sad to hear that she was unable to afford child care to find a job. I was raised in a large family and I can remember waiting in the car while a parent shopped because they knew that we as children thought that every thing was free and it was ok to just take things and put them in our pocket. It's embarrassing, but our parents taught us to be honest when being taken back in the store to return an item.(lol)
