VE THESE TWO THINGS EXIST NO THREE THINGS...1. WHY DO YOU TRUST YOUR DOCTOR TO PROVIDE YOU THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE? 2. WHY DO DOCTORS HAVE INSURANCE FOR MAL PRACTICE? 3. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU WILL NOT SMILE AND PAT THE DOCTOR ON THE BACK AND SAY WELL DONE BUT SUE HIM/HER AND EVEN THE HOSPITAL IF THEY FAIL TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE TRUSTED HIM/ HER TO DO IN YOUR BEST INTEREST? (SMILE)

(4?) If you don't trust your doctor/hospital, would you rather sue for malpractice or find another doctor/hospital before it comes to that?

You're right about the nurse practitioners. I forget though, is that the same as a physician's assistant?

Irma, I have had a mal-practice suit among my family members. However, it involved a surgeon. They won the case but the damage to my relative was irreversible. For over 30 years they lived in a lifeless state and finally passed away. I think in cases like that will give good reason to carry the insurance; but we do look for great doctors and medical help we can trust.

GREAT QUESTION STEVE AND I GUESS I AM AT A ADVANTAGE EVERYONE OF MY DOCTORS HAVE TREATED SOMEONE I KNOW OR SOMEONE I AM GOING TO LEARN OUT WHAT IS WHAT...AND IF A DOCTOR WANTS TO TREAT ME ON THE CLOCK OR ON HIS OR HER TIME THEN IT IS A NO GO FROM THE START. (SMILE)...

NOW MY CANCER DOCTORS THEY MUST PASS MY DAUGHTER THE NURSE'S TEST VIA SHE GIVES THE OK AFTER A FEEW PHONE INTERIVEWS AND HE PRIVATE CHECKS VIA COMPUTERS...AND, SE STILL SAYS BEING ON THE EAST COAST IS THE ONLY WAY TO REALLY MKE HER HAPPY.LOL!!!(SMILE)...

BUT, STEVE, ME BEING ME, I BELIEVE AS LIKE SCHOOLS ARE A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY SO HOSPITALS AND DOCTORS SHOULD BE THE CONCERN OF ALL IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. (SMILE)

I FULLY UNDERSTAND MIISRAEL AS MAL-PRACTICE SUITE ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DAMAGES ALREADY DONE.
