REPLACE, example, TONIGHT GOV, JINAL WAS ASKED (ON FOX)IF HE IS TURNING DOWN THE $BILLIONS IN MEDICADE AND HE CAN'T TURN AWAY THE SICK THEN WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE SICK IN HIS STATE?!?...IF A TAX CAN'T BE CHALLENGED UNTIL SOMEONE IS ACTUALLY TAXED THEN HOW WILL ROMNEY BE ABLE TO REPEAL& REPLACE SOMETHING THAT WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO HAPPEN UNTIL 2014...EDUCATE!!!EDUCATE!!!EDUCATE!!! For Bobby Jindal to turn down the billions in Medicaid is hypocrisy to the NTH degree. He keeps calling for Obama to "follow" the law but then he turns around and decide not to enforce the law himself.

The Affordable Healthcare Act is law and any governor who decides not to enforce it should be removed from office for failing in their duties.
