ACTUALLY, "I" STILL REMEMBER SOME YEARS AGO WHEN THE NOI SECURIY AGENCY HAD BEEN HIRED BEEN HIRED TO CLEAN UP A PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT THAT WAS SO BAD THE CHILDREN WERE NOT ABLE TO PLAY IN THE PROJECT PLAY GROUND. THE RESIDENTS WERE NOT SAFE FROM DRUG ADDICTS ROBBING THEM IN THEIR APT.

THE NOI SECURITY AGENCY CHANGED ALL OF THIS AROUND AS THEY DON'T ALLOW DRUGS NOR GANGS TO TAKE OVER THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS EVEN IN CITIES LIKE WASHINGTON, D.C.S WORST...BUT LEARNING THE NOI WERE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SAFTY ZONE FOR OUR PEOPLES...THEY WERE TOLD TO FIRE THEM AND THEY WERE FIRED ON THE SPOT!!!

"WE SHALL OVER COME, SOME DAY"? (NUP!!!)
