R. Lee Gordon – Black Men Making History (5897 hits)

As part of “my callling” to uplift the quality of life and learning for our young generation in a country and media-based society seemingly more intent on turning our children into prisoners and prostitutes rather than productive, positive people, I am currently organizing The National Black Youth Empowerment Expo in New York City. And to ensure we consistently engage as many youth as possible, the expo is being planned as a quarterly event currently scheduled to be held in Detroit, Atlanta, and then in LA or Houston, TX, spring 2010.

Thanks Emmanuel, I will forward those sites emails to my granddaughters in Pa. and I do believe that we have relatives in Ga. I will check for places to stay for some...Iknow we have lots of family and friends in the L A area. Me I live closer to the OR. border. (smile)
