Okay,
I have two important points to update.
1st, the information on how to start a low income credit union for new york state is being sent to me, and I have changed gears. Instead of basketball it will be soccer. The cost of a soccer team in the cosmopolitan soccer league is smaller and thus more appropriate if i am going to have the credit union finance it. We have to respect that the economics off sports requires us to work our way up and i don't see that happening. Soccer is a sport less tied to big money and thus open for us to take advantage of this possibility.
league finance

Well, what do you think? do you think i should have stuck with basketball, or do you understand my reasons for the change in direction
on another note, the possibility for the club is stronger than in other leagues.
Okay, the Cosmopolitan League is one of two associations in the new york state segment for region 1 . The other is NESSL. Now, if our team is division 1 , WE WILL NOT START AT DIVISION 1 [the divisions are metro 2, metro 1, division 2 and division 1, we are starting at metro 2, to get our feet wet with this.] but if it is division 1, and wins the division, we get to face other teams in the region for regent placement, and then the other regional winners for a spot as one of the 8 teams to represent the USASA in the US OPEN CUP tournament. If you win that tournament, you get to play in the CONCACAF CHAMPIONS league and if you win the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE you get to play in the club world cup.
Imagine!!
NOTE:
they have a womens league that we can enter if this proves successful
