Supply Chain Coordinator On Site

Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas. Responsible for inventory management, ordering via Requisitioning and PO to include: Bill only / No Charge / Repairs, monitoring, and tracking of surgical implants, supplies and human tissue. This position works closely with the specialty ANMs, Inventory Control Coordinators, and Material Management team to coordinate and ensure the delivery of products in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in advanced computer software applications, including MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or up to 12 months post high school training in a healthcare material management environment which utilized a perpetual inventory supply system.



• Coursework/Training - Completion of formal training program in materials management, surgical technology, or military hospital corpsman.



• 2 years - Current operating room.



• Inventory control or accounting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
