In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee daily automotive assembly and processing operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and service commitments are met for every customer. Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate customer requirements into efficient execution plans, drive continuous improvement through metrics, and lead teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results. What You’ll Be Responsible For - Daily Operations Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage work assignments across assembly, accessory installation, quality control, and final inspection.
- Customer-Focused Execution: Maintain strong, service-driven relationships with customers and ensure delivery aligns with contractual requirements and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Apply LEAN Manufacturing principles within the Pasha Operating System to improve quality, productivity, and revenue.
- Performance Management: Track daily production against efficiency and quality targets; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- People Leadership: Provide data-driven coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective action to develop and motivate technicians and support staff.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, safety practices, quality systems, collective bargaining agreements, and Pasha policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Parts, Labor, Safety, Training, Client Services, and Finance to ensure seamless program execution.
- Billing & Reporting Support: Work with accounting to ensure accurate data reconciliation and inclusion of all services in monthly billing cycles.
- Workforce Planning & Training: Support cross-training, process documentation, and technical training to maintain continuity during time off, turnover, or reassignment.
What You Bring - Education: Associate degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in a production or operations environment
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in automotive assembly, vehicle processing, or logistics environments preferred
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of production planning, quality standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, analyze performance data, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Certifications: Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
