Government Property Management Specialist II
Job Description BAE Systems is hiring a Government Property Management Specialist II, who will work in a full-time on-site capacity at our 130 DW Hwy facility in Merrimack, NH. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be local to the greater Merrimack, NH area, and able to commute into the office daily. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for all applicable number of Contractor Outcomes of the Government Property Control System, including the maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning government-owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition after contract completion or termination. Position includes self-audit and support of the Governments annual survey of the Government Property Control System. Acts as a liaison with internal and external customers to resolve government property issues.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Secret Clearance is required, due to the classified nature of programs and product lines at the Manchester, NH facilities. This requires the selected individual to be a US Citizen. High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional 4 years relevant experience, or relevant Associates degree plus additional 3 years experience, or relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience. Ideally, this individual would have at least some experience with Government Property Management in the defense industry. In lieu of specific Government property experience, exp. with either Contracts, or Program Management would be of interest.

Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
