Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Services Specialist to work onsite

Job Title: Client Services Specialist
Pay: $50k - $55k base salary
Duration: Direct/Permanent Hire

Job Description: The Client Services Specialist assists customers with their banking needs by opening accounts, processing transactions, and cross-selling bank products. This role requires excellent customer service, problem-solving, and operational skills to ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to bank policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Open new consumer and business accounts accurately and efficiently.
* Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product selection.
* Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and ATM balancing.
* Maintain compliance with legal documentation and banking regulations.
* Perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, copying) and answer general phone inquiries.

Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in banking client services and operations.
* Experience with opening new accounts (consumer and business).
* Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
* Cash handling experience is required.
